What exactly do I get?

How do I get my files?
They are ready the second your payment clears. The download appears on screen straight away and a copy is emailed to you. Everything you buy also lands in your own library here, with a download button beside it, so you can come back for it any time from any device.
What if my connection drops?
Nothing is lost. Your purchase is already in your library. Enter the email you bought with and you are back in, with everything you own listed and ready to download. You are never charged twice.
Do I need to be an expert?
No. If you can open a file, you can use these. Every spreadsheet opens on a plain-English tab explaining what each sheet does, there is a worked example beside the blank one, and you only ever type in the highlighted cells.
Will these work on my computer?
Yes. Spreadsheets open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, documents in Word or Google Docs, and the books are PDFs that open on any phone, tablet or computer.
