ATECH Stores collects as little as it can, and only what is needed to take payment and deliver what you bought.
What we collect
- Your email address. Required. It is where your download is sent and it identifies your library, so you can get back to what you bought.
- Your phone number. Optional. Only used to reach you if something goes wrong with an order.
- Your order record — what you bought, when, how much, and whether the payment succeeded.
- What the payment processor tells us about the payment — the name and phone number on the account you paid from, which bank, the last four digits of the card or account, and the fee deducted. We receive this when the payment clears and keep it with the order so we can answer a query or a refund without asking you to prove who you are.
What we never see
Card numbers, bank details and any password used with your bank. Payment happens on the payment processor’s own systems. We receive a reference and a yes or no, and nothing else.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered when you bought something, and — for the order record — because we are required to keep records of sales.
Who else sees it
- Our payment processor, to take the payment and to handle any refund or dispute.
- Our email provider, to deliver your receipt and download link.
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in to your library so your purchases are there when you return. It holds your email address in signed form and nothing else. Clearing it signs you out; your purchases are unaffected.
A second, optional cookie remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your browser.
Measurement
No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted on request.
What you can ask for
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email atechwebsitesolutions@gmail.com from the address you bought with and we will act within 30 days.
Deleting your details removes your library along with them, so download anything you still want first. The order record itself has to stay for the tax period above, but is reduced to the amount and the date.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, download links are signed and time-limited, and your library is reachable only from the email address that bought it. If we ever discover a breach affecting your details, we will tell you and the regulator.
Children
These products are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes affecting existing customers are emailed.
