Terms of sale

In effect from 5 September 2026

These terms cover everything sold on this site. Buying anything here means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

ATECH Stores sells digital products — spreadsheets, documents and reference books — delivered as files. You can reach us at atechwebsitesolutions@gmail.com, and we answer.

What you receive

Each product page lists exactly what is in the download and how large it is. On payment you receive that file. Nothing is posted to you, and there is no physical item.

Delivery is immediate. The download appears on screen as soon as payment clears, a copy is emailed to you, and everything you have bought stays in your library on this site for as long as the site runs. You may re-download at any time, on any of your own devices.

Payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and include any tax that applies. Payment is taken by a licensed payment processor; your card details are entered on their systems and are never received or stored by us.

An order is only complete when the processor confirms the payment. If a payment is taken but the confirmation does not reach us, email us with the date, amount and the address you paid with and we will release the download by hand.

Your licence

You may:

• use what you buy for one person, or for one business
• use it on any number of jobs and for any number of clients, commercial work included
• edit, rename, restructure and adapt the files however you like
• keep using it indefinitely — nothing expires and there is no subscription

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the files, edited or not
• publish them anywhere they can be downloaded by others
• pass them to another business as your own product

Licences for a team or a whole company are available — email us and we will quote for the number of people involved.

Updates

Corrections and improvements within the edition you bought are free, and appear in your library. A future edition is a separate product; the copy you already have keeps working regardless.

Refunds

If a product does not work as its page describes, tell us within 14 days with your order reference and a note of what went wrong. We will fix it or refund you in full. Refunds are returned to the card or account used to pay, and normally take five to ten working days to appear.

Because these are files that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not refund simply because a product was not what someone assumed. Every page states what is inside and shows real pages from it before you pay — and if you are unsure, ask us first and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

If something goes wrong

Our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the product concerned. We cannot be responsible for business decisions made using a spreadsheet or a book, or for losses that follow from them. Check figures that matter before you rely on them, as you would with any tool.

Nothing here removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer law that cannot be signed away.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy, and changes are not applied backwards to an order already placed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
