Two things that belong together. The book teaches the formula; the templates are the sheet with the formula already in it. Most people need both on the same afternoon, so they come as one download.

The book: 1,010 formulas, functions and methods across ten parts. It starts with the 25 that do most of the work, then 220 answers to 'how do I…?', a full function reference grouped by what it is for, and the money chapter general guides skip — naira formatting that survives being opened on another machine, VAT added and correctly removed, margin against markup. It ends with whole sheets built end to end: payroll with pension, attendance, sales, stock with reorder points, budgets, a gradebook with positions and GPA.

The templates: 224 Excel spreadsheets and 15 Word documents. Invoices, quotations, receipts and job sheets made properly for 40 different trades — the tailor's version measures work in garments and carries the deposit-before-cutting rule; the haulage version measures it in trips and covers demurrage.
